Gas supply will take place on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of a sales contract and a contract for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law, Public Procurement Law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis.

It is planned that the Municipality of Bełżyce will conclude one agreement, on its own behalf and for the benefit of subordinate units.

Order – supply of high-methane natural gas type E for the Municipality of Bełżyce and subordinate units (comprehensive agreement) to facilities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ:

The estimated demand for natural gas in the period from 01.07.2023 to 31.12.2026 is 9 409 618.00 kWh.

The cost of using the item of the order during the period consists of: gas sales fee, subscription fee, fixed distribution fee and variable distribution fee.

The Ordering Party informs that the process of changing the seller in the case of most collection points takes place once again. Detailed information is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ. In the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix 1), the Contracting Authority indicated in the case of which gas consumption points and in what part individual customers will benefit from tariff protection in accordance with the Act on special solutions for the protection of gas fuel customers in connection with the situation on the gas market (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 202). This information is also included in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ and Annex 3 to the SWZ.
