The subject of the contract are inspections and services related to servicing of company cars as well as the supply of car parts, consumables (fluids) and accessories necessary for the operation of cars at the disposal of the Regional Water Management Board in Rzeszów and the Management of the Catchment Area: in Krosno, Jasło, Przemyśl and Stalowa Wola divided into the following parts:
a) Part 1 - provision of services and delivery for 4 RZGW official vehicles in Rzeszów,
b) Part 2 - provision of services and delivery for 5 ZZ official vehicles in Krosno,
c) Part 3 - provision of services and delivery for 5 ZZ official vehicles in Jasło,
d) Part 4 - provision of services and delivery for 8 ZZ official vehicles in Przemyśl,
e) Part 5 - provision of services and delivery for 3 ZZ official vehicles in Stalowa Wola,
f) Part 6 - provision and delivery of 14 Hyundai Tucson company vehicles.

2. The Employer requires that the workshop providing maintenance and repair services is located up to 10 km from the administrative borders of the city of Rzeszów.
3. The material scope of the subject of the contract for periodic and ongoing repairs of official vehicles includes:
a) performing the necessary technical maintenance (periodic inspections) of vehicles covered by the subject of the contract and resulting from the service book or operating conditions and the specific mileage appropriate for the vehicle specified by the manufacturer)
b) tire replacement and wheel balancing in company cars (seasonal or resulting from operation),
c) carrying out reported repairs of all assemblies, subassemblies, systems (braking, hydraulic, power steering, chassis, suspension, steering, cooling, air conditioning)
d) performing comprehensive bodywork repairs and varnishing works on vehicles,
e) service, computer diagnostics and repairs of electrical installations, electric and electronic devices of vehicles,
f) presenting to the Ordering Party the necessity to perform other undisclosed repairs activities and their performance after approval by the Ordering Party,
g) air conditioning service.
h) delivery of necessary spare parts and consumables agreed with the Employer
i) purchase of parts, operating fluids and accessories
j) dismantling of used parts, accessories and materials resulting from repairs and their utilization
4. The Purchaser reserves the right to change the vehicles listed below in the event of the sale of the vehicle.
