The aim of the Energy Save Bus is to have the largest possible part of the resources contribute to the structural reduction of the energy consumption of as many households as possible from the described target group by applying small energy-saving measures.

The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of these services with a duration of 2 years with an effective date of 1 December 2023.

Maximum contract value

The maximum contract value under this framework agreement is set at € 1,600,000 (including VAT) over the term of the agreement, including renewal options.

No rights can be derived from the aforementioned amount. There is no purchase obligation for the client.

If the maximum contract value is exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement will be terminated.

Subdoelen

1. The available budget shall be used as far as possible for the measures to be applied and distributed as evenly as possible among households.

2. Communication with residents is as accessible, customer-friendly and culturally sensitive as possible.

3. Interim reports and evaluations ensure continuous improvement of the achievement of the goal and the above two sub-goals.

4. Transport takes place as neighbourhood-friendly and emission-free as possible.
