Description:
Purchase and distribution of gas fuel for the purposes of the facilities of the organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (coplex contract)

1. The object of the contract is the purchase and distribution of gas fuel for the purposes of the facilities of the organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (comprehensive agreement).

2. The subject of the contract covers the supply of gas fuel and the provision of distribution services under the terms laid down in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and implementing acts issued pursuant to it.

3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Specification of the terms of the contract.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and distribution of gas fuel for the needs of the facilities of organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (comprehensive agreement). The subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the following legal regulations: the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and the Announcement of the Minister of Energy of 16 May 2018 on the publication of a uniform text of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on the detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1158) and the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 21 September 2018 amending the Regulation on special conditions for the functioning of the gas system (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1814) and the Act of 6 December 2008 on excise duty (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 143).

2. The proceeding covers 38 gas intake points with a volume (estimated consumption during the term of the contract) of 22 716 150 kWh belonging to the entities indicated in Chapter IV, point 5 of the SWZ.

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the OPZ constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ and in the model contract constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

4. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ.
