The subject of the contract is the delivery of a machine for servicing the waste sorting hall - wheel loader - 1 piece.
Detailed specification of the item of the order - expected parameters and functionality:
wheel loader – 1 piece:
- a machine equipped with a diesel engine,
- engine power not less than 210 kW,
- turbocharged engine, meeting the EURO V emission standard
- a machine equipped with a glazed, closed cabin,
- air-conditioned, ventilated, heated cabin
- cabin equipped with adjustable (also adjustable up-down), suspension seat with seat belt,
- wheelbase not less than 3550 mm and not more than 3700 mm
- width of the machine with tires not more than 3000 mm
- width of the machine with a bucket 4.9-5.1 m3 not more than 3400 mm
- height of the machine (from the ground to the top of the cabin) not more than 3600 mm
- machine clearance not less than 540 mm
- material breakout force (SAE) not less than 185 kN
- working weight not less than 24 000 kg
- maximum height from the ground to the height of the bucket pivot point (bucket pin) not less than 4550 mm
- digging depth not less than 75 mm
- a machine equipped with front and rear lights and blinkers,
- a machine equipped with an orange signal light,
- machine equipped with a sound signal when driving the rear,
- a machine equipped with a pin pin on the back,
- a machine equipped with a scale for weighing material in a bucket, technological scale without legalization
- machine equipped with central lubrication
- machine equipped with a quick coupler for changing attachments
- machine equipped with working tools – bucket for heavy materials (1.8 t/m3) without teeth with a capacity of min/max 4.9-5.1 m3 – 1 piece, bucket for light materials (1.0 t/m3) without teeth with a capacity of min/max 8.4-8.6 m3 – 1 piece
Object range of the order:
- a completely new, assembled machine, which is not a prototype, delivered to the premises of the Ordering Party,
- descriptions and menu of the machine in Polish. Communications in English are allowed,
- CE marked machinery,
- machine filled with operating fluids, filled with fuel,
- training in Polish of the Ordering Party's staff in the field of operation and ongoing maintenance of the machine,
- transfer of machine documentation, including CE declaration of conformity, operating and maintenance instructions for the machine, warranty book, training of the Ordering Party's staff in the operation of the machine confirmed by the protocol. Documents - instruction manual for operation and maintenance of the machine, warranty book prepared in Polish. A list of errors in the European language is allowed.
Minimum warranty period for the subject of the contract: 12 months or 1,000 hours of operation, whichever comes first.
