Subsequent multi-beneficiary framework agreement concerning the supply made on site and the distribution of natural gas for the residences of Montrouge Habitat, as well as associated services, in application of articles R. 2162-2 paragraph 1, R. 2162-7 and R. 2162-10 of the code of the public order. The framework agreement will be awarded to 5 holders if the number of offers is sufficient. It is concluded without minimum or maximum.

Subsequent multi-beneficiary framework agreement concerning the supply made on site and the distribution of natural gas for the residences of Montrouge Habitat, as well as associated services, in application of articles R. 2162-2 paragraph 1, R. 2162-7 and R. 2162-10 of the code of the public order. Annual gas consumption for residences covered by the framework agreement is estimated at 19,400 MWh for 16 delivery points, all located in the town of Montrouge (92). Subsequent market prices will be unitary estimated annual value: between EUR 800,000 and 1,000,000 excluding tax. The start of supply will take place imperatively from 1.1.2020.
