The tender concerns the provision of school and daycare services as well as ad hoc services of a similar nature for Herlev Municipality.

The tender concerns route and ad hoc runs for institutions in Herlev Municipality, primarily children in schools and daycare centers.

The service includes regular runs where children must be driven to swimming and to Naturcenter Kildegården.

The school drive is every school day, i.e. Monday-Friday and a bus for 49 people is needed. The children must be picked up in the parking lot at Sortemosevej 9A-17J and driven to Kildegårdsskolen.

Driving to Naturcenter Kildegården is not a regular service, but it is estimated that there will be 4-10 runs per month. Each journey takes 30 minutes incl.ind and disembarkation. The runs will primarily take place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Ad hoc runs are planned as needed. Examples of ad hoc runs are:

Half- or full-day excursions from school or daycare in Herlev Municipality to, for example, Kronborg Castle, Lejre Nature Center or Brede Open-Air Museum.

Driving 9th graders to the educational institution NEXT three times during a month (counting for four ad hoc runs).

One-off half- or full-day driving, e.g. employee group, a group of elderly people without special transport needs or the like.
