1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity between 01.01.2022r. and 31.12.2022r. to 1,991 (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) of 18 101,99 MWh, of which:
1) For premises and facilities — tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 zam.) — 10 163,96 MWh — detailed list of PPE is Zal. 1a to SWZ
2) For premises and facilities — tariff group B (Part 2 zam.) — 2 922.05 MWh — detailed list of PPE is Zal. 1b to SWZ
3) For the purposes of road lighting (Part 3 zam.) — 5 015,98 MWh, a detailed list of PPE is Zal. 1c to SWZ
2. The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may deviate from the amount of energy actually collected, during the duration of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the contracting (customers), other than the need to pay for the amount of energy actually collected.
3. Settlement periods used: Tariff Group B, C2x — 1 m-c; C1x, G, R — 2 m-c
ELECTRIC ENERGY DELIVERY FOR LOCAL AND OFFERENTS — Tariff groups C, G, R1. Number of measurement systems accounting for electricity consumed 1 181 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption over the term of the contract of 10,163.96 MWh, of which:
Zone I 6,408.08 MWh
Zone II 3,755.88 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022, provided that the details of delivery times (commencement and termination) for individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to SWZ column “Delivery period”.
5th State Higher Vocational School in Wałcz - item 3 (PPE number 590310600000507891) in Annex No 1a, has the installation of photovoltaic panels on the facility. The Contracting Authority provides for the conclusion with the contractor whose offer will be considered the most advantageous, of a contract for resale and balancing of energy generated in the RES microplant and not used (approximately 15,00 MWh per year) applicable throughout the supply period.
6. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
7. Quality standards
1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with certain quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
2) The quality standards of electricity are described in the Act of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (as amended) and the Regulation Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 with amendments on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and clearing in electricity trading.

9. The Contractor shall, on the basis of the Power of Attorney granted, be required to notify on behalf of his own and the Contractor (recipients) of the contracts to the relevant DSO in accordance with the applicable rules and to represent the Contractor (recipients) before the DSO - the process of changing the seller.
10. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of taking advantage of Article 139 (1) of Pzp, i.e. the possibility of examining and evaluating tenders in the first place and then making the qualifications of the contractor whose offer has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment conditions of participation in the proceedings.
11. As a result of the resolution of the public contract award procedure, 21 contracts will be concluded.
12. The Contracting Authority requires the provision of a security for the proper performance of the contract, the Contractor shall contribute 21 safeguards for the sound performance of the contract separately for each contract concluded with the Contracting Authority.
13. The Ordering Party requests to bring a defect - part 1 of the order: 120.000,00 PLN.
ELECTRICAL ENERGY DELIVERY FOR LOCAL AND OFFERENTS -Tariff Group B1. Number of measurement systems accounting for consumed electricity 10 pcs
