MPGP relating to the design, implementation of energy, technical and architectural renovation works, operation and maintenance of the historic building housing the prefecture and the Departmental Council of Drôme (26) - 2021-039. The market is divided into slices comprising a firm slice (TF) and five optional slices (TO):

- TF is broken down into three phases:

—— Design phase (C);

—— Realization of works phase (R);

—— Operation and maintenance phase (EM): EM0 during the duration of the construction works (R) for the structures carried out; EM1 during the 1 re year after final acceptance of the works; EM2 during the 2 e year after final acceptance of the works; EM3 during the 3 e year after final acceptance of the works;

- TO1: operation / maintenance of 4 e year (EM4) after final acceptance;

- TO2: operation / maintenance of 5 e year (EM5) after final acceptance;

- TO3: added value for having multitechnical maintenance operation during the TF maintenance operation period (ie EM1 to EM3);

- TO4: added value for having multitechnical maintenance operation during the maintenance operation period of TO1 (ie EM4);

- the TO5: added value for having multi-technical maintenance operation during the maintenance operation period of the TO2 (ie EM5).
