The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 up to 1 076 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/-10%) 11 705.28 MWh, of which: 1) For premises and facilities (Part 1 of the contract) – 6 492.83 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1a to SWZ 2) For the needs of road lighting (Part 2 of the contract) – 5 212.45 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b of the SWZ. The above-mentioned forecasted electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the contracting authorities (customers), apart from the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed. Distribution services are/will be provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded between the contracting authorities (electricity consumers - hereinafter referred to as "Customers") and the distribution system operator (DSO).

Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 6 492.83 MWh, of which: Zone I 4 078.34 MWh Zone II 1 442.53 MWh Zone III 971.96 MWh The above data are indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/- 10%). 4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023, unless different dates of commencement of deliveries to 1 facility of the Gołdap Commune (item No. 58) and 3 objects (items No. 30, 31, 32) of the Kiwity Municipality, details of delivery dates in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to SWZ column "Delivery period". 5. Measuring systems with tariff group B shall be adapted to the procedure for changing the seller. 6. The Ordering Party of the Municipality of Ryn will have the status of the Producer for: a) Item No. 9 (PPE number: PL_ZEBB_2806001467_09) in Annex 1a to the SWZ, the ordering party plans to connect a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 29.82 kWp in 2022, as a result of which it will obtain the status of the Manufacturer. In this case, the contracting authority will conclude with the contractor whose offer will be selected a contract for resale and balancing of res generated in a micro-installation and unused electricity (about 0.50 MWh per year), which will be valid for the entire delivery period. The contracting authority agrees to conclude a contract for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor. b) Item No. 24 (PPE number: PL_ZEBB_2806033635_06) in Annex 1a to the SWZ, the contracting authority plans to connect a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 9.00 kWp in June 2023, as a result of which it will obtain the status of The Manufacturer. In this case, the contracting authority will conclude with the contractor whose offer will be selected a contract for resale and balancing of res generated in a micro-installation and unused electricity (about 0.50 MWh per year), which will be valid for the entire delivery period. The contracting authority agrees to conclude a contract for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor. 7. Existing contracts for the supply of electricity will expire or be terminated with effect from the day preceding the planned date of commencement of deliveries (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate contracts lies with the ordering parties (recipients).

Existing electricity supply contracts will expire or be terminated with effect from the day preceding the planned date of commencement of supply (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate contracts lies with the ordering parties (recipients).
