The competition concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of bottom-emptying surface containers with approximate measurements (1.5), 2, 3 and 4 cubic metres net volume. The purpose is cottage renovation.

The contract duration is three years with an option for a further one year.

The combined anticipates need during the contract period is 650 units equivalent to approx. NOK 15 million. The volume during the contract period will depend on i.a. the contracting authority's need, activities, budget situation and other framework factors and therefore gives no rights for the supplier or obligations for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not appropriate for this procurement. The contracting authority retains the right to accept all or parts of a tender.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with one tenderer. The contracting authority expects the tenderers to familiarise themselves with the contractual provisions and make the necessary clarifications internally in readiness to sign the contract if awarded.
