The subject of the contract is the provision of services:
a) collection and transport from inhabited properties and summer cottages or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes from the area of the Rogoźno commune, excluding waste related to business activity,
b) collection and management of inhabited real estate and summer cottages or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, occurring in the territory of the Rogoźno commune, excluding waste related to business activity,
c) operating the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) located in Studzieniec in the years 2024-2025.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services:
(a) the collection and transport of inhabited properties and cottages or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes from the territory of the municipality of Rogoźno, excluding waste related to the conduct of business:
- Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste
- biowaste,
b) collection and management of inhabited real estate and summer cottages or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, occurring in the territory of the Rogoźno commune, excluding waste related to business activity,
- separately collected packaging waste: paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste;
- other fractions of selectively collected municipal waste, the so-called problem waste from the area of the Rogoźno commune, including hazardous waste - expired medicines, other municipal waste including: chemicals (e.g. paints, varnishes, plant protection products), used batteries, cells, tires, furniture and other bulky waste, waste not qualifying as medical waste resulting from the administration of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, construction and demolition waste, bulky waste, clothing, textiles;
c) operating the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) located in Studzieniec in the years 2024-2025.
The subject of the contract includes the properties specified in Appendices 1 and 2 to the Terms of Reference, the number of which may change during the year due to the settlement of new properties (the difference may amount to +/- 10%).
