This framework agreement is in the form of a group of orders, the member cities are as follows: Évry-Courcouronnes, Ris-Orangis, Bondoufle, Lisses and Villabé. The town of Évry-Courcouronnes is coordinator of the group. The consultation will give rise to a mono-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum and maximum amount. The framework agreement is broken down into 2 technical items:
- item 1: acquisition of school and extracurricular supplies for the municipalities of Évry-Courcouronnes, Ris-Orangis, Bondoufle, Lisses and Villabé,
- item 2: acquisition and bagging of school supplies for the towns of Évry-Courcouronnes, Ris-Orangis, Lisses and Bondoufle.
