The contract includes, in particular, the provision of data from continuous traffic measurement stations (SCPR) together with their service and maintenance, during the term of the contract.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

- ongoing service, service and delivery of data from twelve SCPR stations;

- current and monthly provision to the Contracting Authority of high-quality and complete data on the movement of vehicles from all SCPR with a data accuracy group (GDD) declared by the Contractor in the Offer form, in which the Contractor must install its own metering meters;

- ensuring the proper functioning of the SCPR and ongoing servicing, repair and monitoring to achieve the highest possible continuity and quality of data;

- performing verification (control) measurements within the deadlines specified in the current "Data Collection Mode" for a given year;

- checking the correct operation of measuring stations before each measurement day and conducting 5 control measurements during the General Traffic Measurement 2025. The cost of control measurements should be included in the operation of the station;

- transfer of SCPR 04001 located on the national road No. 25 at km 81+230 in Orzełek to a new location, i.e. on the national road No. 25 at km 76+300 in Zamarte.
