1) Firm phase - phase 1: security studies and modernization

Basic mission elements (classic project management missions):

- AVP (mission 1): carrying out pre-project studies;

- PRO (mission 3): project studies;

- ACT / DCE (mission 3): assistance for the award of the works contract;

- VISA / EXE (mission 3): compliance and execution visa for the project;

- DET (mission 3): direction of the execution of the works;

- OPC (mission 3): Scheduling, planning and coordination;

- AOR (mission 3): assistance with reception operations.

Elements of complementary missions:

- MC1 (mission 0): appropriation of previous studies and work;

- MC3 (mission 4): realization of the Safety File (DS);

- MC4 (mission 5): Operation file under construction site (DESC).

2) Firm phase - phase 2: Preliminary safety file (DPS)
