The scope for hardware and network components (Lot A) consists of the delivery of laptops, chromebooks, tablets and wired and wireless network equipment, and the service and management.

The scope for IWBs (lot B) consists of the delivery and installation of IWBs including tools and the service and maintenance of IWBs. Specifically, through this European tender, SKOzoK wishes to conclude an agreement per parcel with 1 tenderer for a term of two (2) years with the possibility to extend twice with one (1) year. The maximum duration of both agreements is therefore 4 years.

The size of lot A is: the delivery of:

- laptops, around 150 pieces per year,

- chromebooks, around 500 per year,

- tablets (currently iPads), around 200 pieces per year,

- wired and wireless network equipment, intended complete replacement in the next 5 years for all locations.

The size of lot B is:

- the delivery and installation of digital boards including tools, around 30 per year,

- service and maintenance of IWBs.
