The purpose of this tender is to establish an agreement in which emergency sewer complaints and reports are resolved. These reports and complaints come to the municipality of Steenwijkerland after which it continues them as an assignment to the contractor. The Contractor must then be present within one hour at the location of the relevant malfunction and/or report. This availability requirement applies 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Upon completion of the work, the Contractor submits a work order to the Client for approval. After approval will be billed per completed malfunction/notification.
