The purpose of the procurement is to carry out appraisal of the properties in Indre Fosen Municipality as described above, for the levying of property tax for the year 2022.

The assignment includes all of the planning, preparation, implementation, registration and documentation works. It also includes development of forms, templates, guidelines to the property tax office, inspections, and everything else that must be implemented in connection with appraisal of a municipality in accordance with laws and regulation concerning property tax. Also assistance in obtaining the tax authorities' valuation of all types of residential property.
