The purpose of this document is the contracting by the Water and Waste Consortium of La Rioja for the collection of paper-cardboard deposited in the specific containers that exist or that are installed for the purpose, and their transport and delivery to an authorized recycler in the municipalities and with the frequencies established in the PBTP, as well as renovation and maintenance and subsequent cleaning of containers, by open procedure, subjtet to harmonized regulation and without division into lots.

The service will be provided in the municipalities belonging to this Consortium whose list is contained in the Special Technical Bases for the contracting of the Service under the conditions established in that Consortium.
