support mission of the 2 project owners SEMAPA and SNCF for the implementation of the provisions provided for in the management agreements of the roofing slab of the railway tracks of the Gare d'Austerlitz and adjacent works on the zac paris rive gauche in PARIS 13

- Meeting with the actors of the project (sncf, semapa, City of Paris)

- drafting of a summary note, action plan and planning for the conduct of the mission

- proposal for a choice of several systems of governance and assistance to moa

- organization and communication on the approach with all owners;

- designate one (or more) service provider(s) to finalize the listing of owners and trustees of condominiums, documentary research,

- realization, and proposal of a classification plan;

- establishment of an online collaborative platform accessible by the various partners whose service provider of this mission will manage it

- organization, preparation, animation and drafting of the minutes of the various working groups and creation of supporting documents
