The subject of the order is services related to the collection of municipal waste created and collected on all properties on which residents live, on which the inhabitants do not reside, and municipal waste is created and from properties where the summer cottages are located or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes only for part of the year, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Sieradz.
The subject of the order is the services associated with:
1) receiving municipal waste created and collected on all properties on which residents live, on which no residents reside, and municipal waste arises and from properties on which cottages or other properties used on recreational and leisure purposes only for part of the year, located within the administrative limits of the Municipality of Sieradz,
2) scope of the order:
1 municipal waste mixed estimated amount of waste 1,800,00 Mg,
2 municipal waste selectively harvested — 1,100,00 Mg,
3 biodegradable waste with special regard to biowaste — 320,00 Mg;
3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is annexed to this SWZ:
(a) a detailed description of the object of the order - Annex No 1,
(b) the statement of property in individual sołectities within the Municipality of Sieradz — Annex No 2,
(c) a statement of the type and codes of waste received from property owners — Annex No 3,
(d) a detailed description of the requirements for the equipment of vehicles, containers and the registration of events — Annex No 4,
(e) the estimated number of containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste — Annex No 5
(f) number of bus stops and cars — Annex No 6,
4) (a) The Contracting Authority requires employment under an employment contract, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974. The Work Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended) by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing the following activities in the course of the execution of the contract:
- steering and handling of waste collection equipment,
- the operation of emptying containers and collection of bags of selective waste and other municipal waste.
(b) The detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement under the employment contract are set out in the model contract — Annex No 8 to the SWZ.
