The assignment includes carrying out all kinds of structural work, infrastructure, renovation and joinery in the buildings owned or used by Ghent University, by providing trained personnel. It concerns the execution of all kinds of maintenance, structural work and renovation works (sewerage, roads, floors, masonry, faience, partitions, interior and exterior carpentry, ceilings, pupiters and lecterns, ...).

The service provider is expected to provide the following staff members: 1 master guest construction, 1 foreman joiners, 8 joiners, 1 foreman masons, 4 masons. However, Ghent University may increase or decrease this number of employees.
