The contract shall comprise the following services in particular:

- mowing and edgening of lawn;

- chopping of plant compartments,

- pruning of hedges, shrubs and other planted areas,

- maintenance pruning trees;

- maintenance by removing weeds and moss on pavements (footpaths, embroidery, parking spaces, gutters);

- cleaning up litter and waste, and leaves,

- renovating public gardens;

- provide detailed measurement statement;

- to be delivered on the public domain, as listed in ANNEX A 'detailed measurement statement'.

The execution period runs from the conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2023.

The assignment can be extended 3 times for 1 year each (period 01/01/2024 – 31/12/2024 and 01/01/2025 – 31/12/2025 and 01/01/2026 – 31/12/2026), subject to a favourable evaluation and explicit decision by the board.
