The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the order description from real estate located in the city and commune of Jędrzejów, where residents live, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage.

The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the order description from real estate located in the city and commune of Jędrzejów, where residents live, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454), the provisions of the resolution of the Sejmik of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship introduced by Resolution No. XXI / 360/12 of 28.6.2012 - on the adoption of the "Waste Management Plan for the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship" 2012-2018, resolution of the Sejmik of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship No. XXV / 357/16 of 27.7.2016 on the implementation of the "Waste Management Plan for the Voivodship Świętokrzyski ”2016-2022 and resolutions mi Resolution No. XXVII / 260/12 of the City Council in Jędrzejów of 20/12/2012 regarding the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Jędrzejów as amended.

2). Property owners will collect waste in the following types of containers:

- bags with a capacity of 60 l to 120 l,

- 120 l, 140 l, 240 l, 360 l, 660 l, 770 l, 1100 l containers,

- KP-7 containers with a capacity of 6,500 l - 7,000 l,

The colors of the containers for selective collection (bags and containers) will be as follows:

- blue - for paper and cardboard,

- green - for glass

- yellow - for metals, plastics, multi-material packaging,

- brown - for biodegradable waste,

- gray or black - for other wastes, including unsorted.

3). Frequency of waste disposal, according to the Rules of maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Jędrzejów

and). segregated waste:

- in rural areas - once a month,

- in a single-family city - once a month,

- biowaste in a single-family housing - at least once every two weeks,

- in a multi-family city - not less frequently than twice a week,

- in a city with multi-family buildings, bio-waste - at least once a week.

b). unsorted waste:

- in rural areas - once a month,

- in a single-family city - not less frequently than once every two weeks,

- in a multi-family city - at least 4 times a week.

4). The scope of the subject of the contract includes collection and development of:

a) Mixed unsorted municipal waste with the code 20 03 01 collected in bags, containers and containers located next to inhabited residential buildings.

b) Sorted (selectively collected) the following types of waste:

- Biodegradable waste (code 20 02 01),

- Paper and paperboard (code 20 01 01, 15 01 01),

- Plastics (codes 20 01 39, 15 01 02),

- Multi-material packaging (code 15 01 05),

- Metal (code 15 01 04, 20 01 40),

- Glass (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07),

- Mixed packaging waste (code 15 01 06),

- Clothing (code 20 01 10),

- Textiles (code 20 01 11)

- Used tires 16 01 03

- other non-specified fractions, collected selectively (ash) (code 20 01 99)

- Municipal waste not listed in other subgroups (code 20 03 99)

c). Bulky waste (code 20 03 07)
