This notice concerns a contract for the installation and lease of modular buildings 1261 and 632 at the CEA in Cadarache.

The procurement procedure adopted for the purposes of this consultation is the formalised open tendering procedure defined in Article L.2124-2 of the CCP.

In accordance with the provisions of this article, it is specified that there will be no negotiation phase after submission of tenders.

This notice concerns a contract for the installation and lease of modular buildings 1261 and 632 at the CEA in Cadarache.

The services are broken down as follows:

The firm share includes:

Item 1: Supply and installation of a modular building "A" n°1261

Item 2: 24-month lease.

Item 3: Removal from the building.

The optional part includes the following options:

For Building A

Option 1: Renew the lease for a period of 12 months

Option 2: Renewal of the lease for a period of 6 months

Option 3: Renew the lease for a period of 3 months

For Building B

Option 4: construction and rental for a period of 24 months of a modular "B" building

Option 5: Renew the lease for a period of 12 months

Option 6: Renew the lease for a period of 6 months

Option 7: Renewal of the lease for a period of 3 months
