The procurement concerns cleaning of the Fram Centre's premises at Hjalmar Johansens gate 14, Tromsø. There is a total area of approx. 17 000 m2 that must be cleaned regularly.

Framsenteret AS is the operating company for the Fram Centre, which is the abbreviation for FRAM-Nordområdesenter for klima og miljøforskning [FRAM-Northern area for climate and environmental research]. The company is owned by the participating institutions in the Fram Centre, and consists of 20 institutions that operate cross-discipline research, consultancy, management and negotiation in science, social science and technology. The Fram Centre's building contains laboratories, offices, meeting and conference facilities, library, storage and other infrastructure.

The assignment comprises:

— daily cleaning of the Fram Centre building in Tromsø,

— periodical cleaning/cleaning to order.
