" The scope of the subject of the contract consists of performing the function of contract engineer, including investor supervision over the following works:

- road works,

- construction of flood protection in the form of a retaining wall,

- construction of a foot and bicycle bridge,

- permanent traffic organization,

- road greenery,

- road drainage (including spur construction),

- reconstruction of the water supply network,

- reconstruction of the power grid,

- lighting construction,

- reconstruction of the telecommunications network,

- traffic lights,

- reconstruction of the steam network.
