The object of the order is the delivery of orthopedic implants
A. General requirements:
(a) the characteristics of the products declared by the Contractor must be in accordance with the actual duration of the contract;
(b) the components of the implants constituting a functional set must come from the same manufacturer;
(c) the contracts must be carried out in accordance with the requirements laid down for the products offered;
(d) The Contracting Authority specified in the description of each part of the order the requirements for the aridity of the products supplied. For non-bulk products, the Contractor is obliged to provide the appropriate containers serving as their packaging during sterilization and storage;
(e) the trade name, catalogue number, series and for products supplied as a barren expiry date before the end of which the product can be safely used must be provided;
(f) the invoices issued must include the order number and the trade name,
