Etne and Vindafjord municipalities invite tenderers to a competition for a four year contract for:

1) Hire of fibre for the various locations in the municipalities;

2) Hire of internet connection for the municipalities;

3) Connection to the tax system SOFIE.

Tenderers can choose to give a price for only 1 of the above points, or only for some of connections covered in point 1. The municipalities intend to enter into a contract with only 1 tenderer, but they reserve the right to choose different tenderers for the different points and the various connections.

The delivery is described in the tender documentation and the price form. Tenderers can choose to give a price for 1 or several of the connections covered in point 1 of the tender documentation. Prices shall be given for the different speeds specified in the price form, but it is the price for 1 000 Mbps that shall form the basis of the assessment of the price criterium.

The service shall be delivered over fibre. The minimum data capacity must be 100 Mbps.

Number of public IPv4 addresses:

Etne: minimum 24.

Vindafjord: minimum 32.

Any additional services (anti-spam, anti-virus, anti-malware etc.) that can be offered will be seen as positive.

Prices shall be given for the different speeds specified in the price form, but it is the price for 100 Mbps that shall form the basis of the assessment of the price criterium.
