Description:
Development of a seminar pool as part of an open house process

Awarding of lecturer services as part of the need-based implementation of seminars for the client's specialists and managers for the service period: June 26, 2020 - June 30, 2024 (last entry date: December 31, 2023).

This announcement is an open-house procedure for setting up a BGW seminar pool on the following subject areas:

1. Promotion of leadership skills,

2. Leading from a distance (teleworking),

3. leadership and health,

4. Advice (basics of advice),

5. Exchange of experience in the BGW,

6. Internal mentoring,

7. Inclusion / Diversity.

The seminar services are procured in an open house process, since the subject of the service is not a public contract within the meaning of the Award Coordination Directive 2014/24 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council. This is not a classic award procedure in which the client is responsible for the selection of the client, but an approval procedure.

In order to ensure the greatest possible degree of transparency regarding the intended contract conclusions (see framework agreement in Appendix 3), the contractual services are published on the subreport award platform and in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union (TED). In the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice will be used. The resulting conceptual requirements, such as the procedure name "Open Procedure", can only be attributed to the use of this notice form and the publication platform.

The client further reserves the right to comply with the statutory provisions of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB), e.g. T. flow into the procedural documents. The requirements of the open house procedure already described are not affected by these additional notes and publications.

The subject of the service is the awarding of seminar services as part of an open house procedure:

"Setting up a seminar pool for the specialists and managers of the BGW" For detailed information on the client and the subject of the service, please refer to the procedural documents published on the subreport award platform.

The award takes place within the framework of an open house procedure. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, this contract notice will be used. The resulting conceptual requirements, such as the procedure name "Open Procedure", can only be attributed to the use of this notice form and the publication platform.
