Renovation of 290 homes located in one 4 storey high-rise building, 11 detached blocks of flats and 66 townhouses. In connection with the renovation, 20 mergers will be demolished.

Plus dwelling section 47 is a building consisting of 290 dwellings, of which 11 blocks on 2 floors are built together with two-storey terraced houses and a four-storey building. The buildings are spread out on an area between Peter Bruuns Vej, Carl Rothes Vej and CP Holbølls square and Holbøllstien to the southwest of Aalborg SØ. The building was built in the period around 1962-1965.

Housing must be upgraded and renovated for the area. After the renovation, there will be 270 homes instead of the current 290 homes. 76 accessibility homes will be established and a lift will be installed in some of the blocks and the floor building.
