the purpose of this framework agreement is to designate a programmist to monitor construction, restructuring, renovation or modernization of the assets of establishments. It must allow the referencing of a team of programmers likely to be regularly interviewed in the context of so-called “subsequent” contracts during the execution period. The first subsequent contract envisaged should concern the new building and the adult emergencies of the Avignon Hospital Center. For services falling within the scope of this framework agreement and related to the Holder, other subsequent contracts may be concluded. They may also make it possible to cover the needs of the other establishments party to the GHT of Vaucluse mentioned in this opinion.The Framework Agreement is concluded for a period of four years from the date of notification. It is not renewable.
