The framework agreement with maximum is made pursuant to articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. This is a purchase order market with maximum and an economical operator. Purchase orders will be notified by the contracting authority as necessary.
