The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the form of valuations of the State Treasury property at the disposal of the Military Property Agency in the area covered by the Poznań regional branch, i.e. mainly in the Greater Poland Voivodeship, including in cities such as: Biedrusko, Murowana Goślina, Oborniki, Swarzędz, Witkowo, Gniezno, Kórnik, Śrem, Rawicz, Stęszew, Leszno, Nowy Tomyśl, Pleszew, Poznań, Jarocin, Krotoszyn, Ostrów Wlkp., Kalisz, Kwilcz and Sieradz.

Completion of 50 appraisal reports - appraisal of residential and commercial premises, located in buildings located in towns covered by the branch's property. The Purchaser reserves the right to order fewer units, however not less than 36 pieces.

Performance of 14 appraisal reports - valuations of undeveloped real estate, easements and other limited property rights, including for the purposes of determining the rent rate, on real estate located in towns covered by the branch's property. The Purchaser reserves the right to order fewer units, however not less than 10 pieces.

Performance of 4 appraisal reports - appraisal of built-up real estate, including for the purpose of determining the rent rate, located in towns covered by the branch's property. The Purchaser reserves the right to order fewer units, however not less than 3 pieces.
