Delivery and installation of a key compartment system

The purpose of this call is to equip 3 central locations, each with a key specialist and depot facility for the staff of the clinic for forensic psychiatry. A specialist facility for patients is still planned at one of the locations.

The services included in the LV include the complete delivery, installation, commissioning and training of the key compartment system with the integrated PNA, which is provided on site.

The user must be involved in commissioning.

No cable routing is included in the scope of services. As part of the factory and assembly planning, the contractor must prepare a cable pull list, which must be presented by the contractor in paper, Excel and PDF form by the contractor with the exact and complete specifications for cable routing (function, cable type, from/to, connection components, cable end labeling specifications).

It must be taken into account that the key compartment system can be expanded and that it can be dismantled and rebuilt in a modular way elsewhere, such as a new building.

Cable routing must be coordinated with the additional specialist companies.

PossibLY Expenses for reconciliation with third-party networks must be included in the unit prices and are not remunerated separately.
