The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of management and control and supervision over the implementation of the contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, the subject of which is: "Extension of the national road No. 46 section Janów - Lgoczanka", under the conditions specified in the Agreement with the Consultant and in accordance with the Contractual provisions for the investment task.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of management and control and supervision over the implementation of the contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, the subject of which is: "Extension of the national road No. 46 section Janów - Lgoczanka", under the conditions specified in the Agreement with the Consultant and in accordance with the Contractual provisions for the investment task.

The service includes the Performance by the Consultant of duties in accordance with SWZ TOM II and III, in particular:

- management, investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issuing the final settlement of the Contract,

- conducting promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this area with GDDKiA services,

- fulfilling reporting obligations and cooperation in this area with GDDKiA services,

- fulfilling the obligations resulting from the procedures contained in the applicable requirements / guidelines for investments carried out by GDDKiA,

- providing an investor supervision service for the implementation of construction works and participation in the Guarantee Reviews and supervising the removal of any faults/defects identified in the warranty reviews within the framework of the concluded Contract,

- supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Contract,

- supervising works in the scope of additional Tasks necessary to perform the Project resulting from the performance of the Contract - granted on the basis of the Public Procurement Law,

- close cooperation with the Consultant's Teams supervising neighboring investments - as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to work out the principles and manner of proper execution of construction works.

As part of the Service, the Consultant will supervise the implementation of works in accordance with the Contract, in particular regarding the quality of works, ensuring proper future functioning, acceptance of works, coordination of all activities related to the implementation of the Contract up to the final settlement of the Contract.
