The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels.
The item of the order is divided into 4 parts:
a) Part 1 – Supply of diesel fuel in the amount of up to 170 000,00 liters,
b) Part 2 – Purchase of unleaded petrol Pb 95 in quantities up to 12 000,00 litres,
c) Part 3 – Purchase of Ad-Blue liquid in the amount of up to 5 000,00 liters,
(d) Part 4 – Purchase of propane-butane gas in a cylinder of up to 15 pieces.
Supply of fuel oilThe subject of the contract is the successive supply of liquid fuel: diesel fuel meeting the requirements of the applicable Polish Standard (for diesel oil: PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06) and the requirements resulting from the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels, in quantities up to 170,000 liters, including "standard" diesel – up to 160,000 litres and diesel fuel "with improved low-temperature characteristics" – up to 10,000 litres.
The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to the above-mentioned requirements, however, the Contractor who refers to the equivalent solution described by the Ordering Party is obliged to indicate that the deliveries offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
The quantity of the object of the order is an estimate, in the event that the quantitative purchase is not realized by the Contracting Authority during the duration of the contract, the purchase shall be deemed to have completed without any compensation claims. Minimum quantitative execution is 70% of the item of the order.
The Contracting Authority shall use the fuel quantity supplied at a reference temperature of 15ºC for the fuel settlement.
The supply of fuel shall be transported by the Contractor at his expense and risk.
The fuel will be delivered successively, each time in an amount of up to 10,000 liters.
Delivery will occur successively on working days (Monday to Friday) from 7:00 to 14:00, according to the current needs determined by the Ordering Party as to the quantity and delivery date. Delivery will take place within 24 hours of the delivery of the email or telephone order.
The Contractor will each time transfer fuel from the tanker into two tanks of the Ordering Authority with a capacity of 5.000 liters each, located on a material and hardware basis in Sieliec, Sielec 144, 22-122 Leśniowice.
Purchase of unleaded gasoline Pb95The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of liquid fuels: unleaded gasoline (Pb 95) meeting the requirements of the applicable Polish Standard (for unleaded gasoline: PN-EN 228+A1: 2017-06) and the requirements resulting from the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels in quantities: unleaded gasoline (Pb 95) - up to 12,000.00 liters.
The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to the above-mentioned requirements, however, the Contractor who refers to the equivalent solution described by the Ordering Party is obliged to indicate that the deliveries offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
The quantity of the object of the contract is an estimate, if the quantitative object of the contract is not fulfilled by the Contracting Authority during the duration of the contract, the purchase shall be deemed to have completed without any compensation claims. The execution of the object of the order will be carried out every time at the Contractor's service station located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Chełm for canisters depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.
The Contractor undertakes to allow each refueling 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 6:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m.
Purchase of Ad-Blue liquidThe subject of the contract is the successive purchase of Ad-Blue liquid in the amount of up to 5,000.00 liters meeting ISO 22241 standards (ISO 22241-1, ISO 22241-2, ISO 22241-3).
The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to the above-mentioned requirements, however, the Contractor who refers to the equivalent solution described by the Ordering Party is obliged to indicate that the deliveries offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.

The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to the above-mentioned requirements, however, the Contractor who refers to the equivalent solution described by the Ordering Party is obliged to indicate that the deliveries offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
