The College intends to enter into a contract with an appropriately qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake general building and mechanical and electrical response repairs, planned maintenance and minor works for a multi-campus Further Education College

The College estate will vary over time but currently comprises buildings of 60 500 m2 over 4 principal and 3 subsidiary centres built at various times from 1966 to 2010.
