The contractor is to apply a single-layer lime cement plaster to the walls in the living rooms of the apartments, as well as in their sanitary areas in the three stairwells, the total service consisting of:

Gypsum plaster, single layer, rubbed off Q2:

- approx. 6 200 m 2 on the walls of the common rooms,

- approx. 1,500 m of soffits.

Lime cement plaster, single layer, abraded Q2:

- approx. 1,980 m 2 in sanitary areas and stairwells.

Fine finishing plaster, friction plaster:

- approx. 720 m 2 in the base area of the stairwell walls.

Underground:

- approx. 6 200 m 2 Gypsum barrier,

- approx. 180 m 2 Bonding bridge on reinforced concrete.

Profiles:

- approx. 1 490 m corner profiles,

- Approx. 1,490 m of plastering strips for doors and windows.
