The project management contract relates to the construction of a complex of 35 collective dwellings. This achievement must have a Re2020 Icénergie energy performance of -10% and a CERQUAL NF Habitat Hqe** label or equivalent. The cost of the work is estimated at 4,921,000 euros (excluding tax).
