The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Technology College.

The contract covers the scope for the provision of all catering and vending services within the School, which also includes all hospitality and free issue requirements.

The contract currently offers a financial return to St Francis of Assisi Catholic Technology College each year, with the only charges being made in respect of hospitality and free issues. This equates to an annual charge of 13 000 GBP approximately.

The duration of the contract being offered is three years commencing on 1.4.2014 and concluding on 31.3.2017 and will be on a guaranteed performance basis.

It is hoped that the successful contractor will make inward capital investment to improve the catering services offered to both staff and pupils within the School. In particular this should be focused within the sixth form area, where it is hoped a catering facility will be available with a branded coffee offer moving into this contract term. Consideration should also be given to the implementation of a cashless catering system moving into this contract term.
