PN 10/24 Supply of medical and diagnostic equipment

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical and diagnostic equipment

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract shall be included in:

Appendix No. 1 – Assortment and Price Form and Description of Technical Parameters of the Subject of the Contract

3. Detailed terms and conditions concerning the performance of the subject matter of the contract are regulated in the Model Agreement, Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference "Model Agreement".
