Chemelot Campus Vastgoed C.V. intends to expand on the north side of the Brightlands Chemelot Campus, located in Sittard-Geleen. The Brightlands Circular Space (also known as "BCS") will be realized at this expansion location.

The development and realization of Brightlands Circular Space is organized as a program. This program includes the Preprocessing halls, Material processing halls and a mixed-use multitenant building (also called "Circular House") with offices, laboratories, meeting rooms and experience functions.

Brightlands Chemelot Campus intends to conclude a framework agreement with one market party that includes these BCS projects and the Cleanroomhallen and is looking for a contractor for the engineering and execution of these works.

The estimated size of the contracts within the framework agreement including options has a range of € 24 million to € 42 million excluding VAT.
