The subject of the order is restoration and restaurateur works at four cemeteries from the First World War: Nos 67, 68, 77, 78 in Ropica Górna. The works include comprehensive maintenance and restaurant and recreation of the cemeteries furnishing elements, including: maintenance and reconstruction of stone elements, including walls and fence poles, monument plinths, monuments, tombstones and stelae gravestones; concrete elements, including walls and fence poles, walls and pillars, monuments, tombstones and tombstones, pedestals under crosses and monuments, stairs and fence underwalls; wooden elements, including mantels and fence panels, central crosses; metal: gravestone crosses (cast iron and forged), cast-iron memorative plates; execution and assembly of enamel and cast iron memorative plates; accompanying construction work.

According to the recreation documentation, it is necessary to correct the locations of 6 tombstones (no. 1,2,5,6,7,8) and replace the unoriginal tombstone for mogile number 5 with a valid copy. For preservation: stone masonry with monument wall and high pillars of entrance with pylon shape with concrete covers (approximately 97 m2) - stone steps with cheeks and the surrounds of the main avenue (approximately 17 m2) and its stone pavement - concrete pedestals under crosses -17 pcs. (including 1 to replace with the correct copy, pay attention to the decorative finish of the surface) - cast iron crosses of 17 pcs, including 13 type M and 4 type. For recreation and installation on the monument wall a wooden cross and wooden wicket according to the recreation documentation. It is necessary to mount on the lower terrace a light concrete curb connecting the lower edges of the cables: 12-14 and 15-17 (approx. 14 m2). Currently based on the fence wall, the HV stone border post must be dug in at any corner of the fence. To make and mount on plinths enamelled plates - 17 pcs including 16 round pcs with a diameter of 15 cm and 1 piece oval 19x26 cm — according to designs from the recreation documentation. It is necessary to make and mount in the cavity of the monument wall a marble plaque (gray marble) with an inscription (approx. 104 cm x 108 cm) — according to the recreation documentation. Crosses should be forged from pedestals and undergo maintenance. The others perform as replicas according to documentation. For preservation: stone fence wall with corner and gate posts and pillars of the monument element approx. 925 m2; concrete covers of masonry and pillars approx. 145 m2; reinforced concrete beam crowning the monument form — approx. 50 m2; wooden gate (possible reconstruction); cast iron crosses of type M - 17 pcs. , (others to be recreated), cast-iron crosses type - 26 pcs., excess crosses — 9 pcs. — for use in other cemeteries or for reimbursement to the Ordering Party. For opening: concrete plinths under crosses of two types - a total of 60 pcs. (note: in this cemetery, pedestals used originally and during renovation are inappropriate for M-type crosses, hence according to the proposal of the author of the historical and recreation documentation on page 7, they should be replaced with specific type, in accordance with Figure No 3); cast iron crosses type M - 17 pcs.; borders of quarters and mole along with the layout of paths and avenues with the help of stone curbs — approximately 540 m.b.; wooden central cross according to the archive design and the design of the cars.
