The contracting authority has a payroll service and broadcasting contract for deploying external capacity. Contracting authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for a period of two (2) years. In addition, two (2) option years each of one (1) year. Effective January 1, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2026 when using all option years. Flexible employment contracts that come to the contracting authority by means of a Payroll construction or through a temporary arrangement, the commitment will be set out in a sub-agreement corresponding to the framework agreement concluded.

Contracting authority has now deployed 446 employees, which will be phased out in the coming months due to the Covid pandemic. Some contracts will have to be migrated to 2022 and transferred to the new contractor.

In the normal setting, we have 10 to 15 candidates per year.
