1. The subject of the contract are construction works: Extension of the sewage system with pumping stations and connections to residential buildings in Latoszyn, Gumniska and Braciejowa – stage II. The task co-financed from the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Program.Scope of works: Construction of a gravity and pressure pipeline with a total length of 9.7 km with 9 network pumping stations and 4 local pumping stations and reconstruction of two sewage pumping stations along with the reconstruction of a 370 m long pressure pipeline. The scope covered by the contract is stage II of the investment, it was marked on the map attached to the documentation. The subject of the contract are construction works: 1) Preparatory and earthworks. 2) Sewers. 3) Concrete wells. 4) Sewage pumping stations. 5) Passages under roads by excavation and drilling. 6) Demolition and restoration of paved surfaces. 7) Protection of collisions with other networks. 8) Exceeding under the bottom of the Ostra stream by the drilling method. 9) Execution of fortifications of the bank and bottom of the Ostra stream in the place of crossings.

2. The description of the subject of the contract shall be: 1) Design documentation: a) construction design, b) executive designs, c) project of reconstruction of pumping stations P II and P III and pressure pipelines in Latoszyn, c) bill of quantities, d) map showing the scope of the investment, - developed by: Grzegorz Kalamarz Design Services Department, Krakowska 5, 37-200 Przeworsk. 2) Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works developed by: Grzegorz Kalamarz Design Services Department, Krakowska 5, 37-200 Przeworsk 3. The subject of the proceedings is stage II of the investment marked on the map attached to the project documentation. The contract shall be open to economic operators in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises and shall ensure a level of competition between economic operators.
