1. The subject of the order is the maintenance of order and cleanliness services on the streets of Biała Podlaska by clearing the streets at the curbs after the winter season and sweeping the roadway in 2022.

2. The scope of the subject of the order referred to in paragraph 1 shall include:

1) one-time bilateral clearing of streets at sand curbs and other pollutants after the winter period, sweeper the streets at curbs, together with their export, beginning the process of permanent street clearing, in accordance with the list set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ;

2) Bilateral clearing of street roadways at curbs with mechanical sweeper, 2.50m wide lanes, sweeping roadways at islets dividing traffic at intersections, at roundabouts, at arches at junctions to their terminus and at the curbs of bus bays, including exports pollution.

1. Services will be carried out for a period of 9÷10 months (subject to weather conditions), 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday, except for festive days) taking into account a schedule including the frequency of sweeping of individual streets, which is Annex 1 to SWZ.

2. The detailed range of services is defined in Annex 1 to SWZ, a list of streets specifying the quantities and frequencies of mechanical sweeping of streets and clearing at the curb after the winter season.

3. All pollutants and waste disposed of under this agreement should be exported to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation “RIPOK” at 1 Ekologic Street in Biała Podlaska.
