The contracting authority is looking for a service provider to take care of the payroll and personnel administration in order to guarantee the quality and continuity of payroll processing.

The personnel and payroll administration relates to the following remunerations of the following employees *Reference date 1-9-2023:

1. Regular employees (GGD Zeeland 337);

2. Interns (On average 15 interns per school year for pay).

3. Apprenticeship contract (5; the number mentioned is fictitious, tenderer must take it into account during the term of the contract.

The following Collective Labour Agreements apply and must be incorporated into the PSA system:

1. CAO SGO = 320 employees + trainees and apprenticeship contracts

2. CAO VVT = 17 employees
