Content of the assignment

In the context of the present tender, the municipality of Noardeast-Fryslân intends to conclude a framework agreement with a number of parties with regard to the execution of small-scale maintenance of sewerage. The client does not have sufficient capacity to carry out all the work for its residents/entrepreneurs itself. For this reason, a number of parties are contracted.

The purpose of the tender is to conclude one framework agreement with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 contracting parties.

NHOUD OF THE ASSIGNMENT

In the context of the present tender, the municipality of Noardeast-Fryslân intends to conclude a framework agreement with a number of parties with regard to the execution of small-scale maintenance of sewerage. The client does not have sufficient capacity to carry out all the work for its residents/entrepreneurs itself. For this reason, a number of parties are contracted.

The purpose of the tender is to conclude one framework agreement with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 contracting parties.

The services mainly consist of:

- small-scale repair, repair and construction work of the municipal sewerage system;

- solve sewer blockages and repairs in the pump and house connections, discharge pipes;

- wegafzettingen;

- occasional cleaning of gullies;

- construction of new pumping and house connections;

- additional repair work on road surfaces.

This also includes the installation of temporary valves at the location of the calamity (if necessary) and the drying and keeping of the working pit to carry out a repair properly and quickly. The scope of the work also includes the provision of personnel and material support in the event of flooding for the installation of emergency pumps.
