The city of Nordhausen intends to expand and renovate the theater. The construction project will be carried out in 2 stages.

The 1st phase includes the construction of an extension building directly adjacent to the existing building. The execution period extends over a period from 2020 to autumn 2022. In the 2nd phase, the existing building will then be renovated from July 2022. The entire technical equipment is to be replaced during the renovation and completed by the start of a new season, in autumn 2024. In the course of the new construction / renovation measures, the service advertised here includes audio and video technology. The type and scope of the services required for this and advertised with this lot are described in more detail under II.2.4).

A subdivision of the performance advertised here into further lots is not planned (see also point II.1.6).

Stage management technology:

- Dismantling of the existing technology and reconstruction in parts, expansion and furnishing in the new building of the theater,

- Equipping the new building with 47 call loudspeakers (30 x listening) on a total of 20 call circles,

- Integration of an additional power amplifier 2 x 300 W at 100 V,

- Integration of an audio matrix for processing a monitoring signal.

Video technology:

- Establishing an in-house video network,

- The video signal is distributed in 22 rooms of the newly built annex. Voice alarm system,

- In the 1st construction phase the rack with its power sub-distribution and a wall junction box is installed Infrastructure,

- Construction of the cable routes to distribute the audio and video signals in the house:
